1. Skykiwi (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or the Website) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with the personal information.
2. This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) sets out how we will collect, use, disclose, process and protect any information that you provided when you use the Website. Should we ask you to provide certain information, and you consent in giving the said information, it will only be used in accordance with the Policy and our term of use for the users.

16. Personal information will be held for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We shall cease to retain personal information, or remove the means by which the personal information can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that personal information was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal information, including the cases when the personal information is no longer required for resolving legal disputes, applying our Agreements, or achieving our business goals.

INTERNET USE


17. While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.
18. If you post your personal information on the public chatroom/ platform in the Website, you acknowledge and agree that the information you post is publicly available.
